She sees patients from age of birth to 18 years of age (and, for continuity of care, she may see University or college age patients until the age of 21 years). Alas, she does not see adults.

Make sure you are prepared and know what you need before you arrive for your child’s appointment. This will save you time and avoid any delays in you and your child’s day.

Below you can find all of the necessary paperwork that you will need to have filled out at your first appointment.

Along with the paperwork, we ask that you also bring:

Driver’s License, Passport or Passport ID card, Military I.D. card
Insurance Card(s)
Any previous records, labs, or x-rays.

Meet The Pediatrician

Beverly Anarumo, D.O., FACOP

Dr. Anarumo has been a pediatrician serving Charlotte County for over 20 years. She has been board certified in Pediatrics since 1989 and is a Fellow, in good standing, with the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians.

Dr. Anarumo is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Bayfront Health Port Charlotte and Fawcett Memorial Hospital. She received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
